Information We Collect

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Order history, cart, and wishlist activity
• Account credentials (password is stored securely hashed — we never store or have access to your plain-text password)
• Communications you send us, such as support requests

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google as part of that sign-in — we don't receive your Google password.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and deliver your orders, and keep you updated on their status via SMS and email
• Maintain your account, cart, and wishlist across sessions
• Respond to support requests and order queries
• Improve our products, site, and overall shopping experience
• Send order-related and (if you opt in) promotional communications

Payment Information

We do not store your card or bank details. Payments are made via UPI directly to our verified payment address, or Cash on Delivery where available. We do not have access to your banking credentials at any point.

Third-Party Services We Use

To operate our store, we work with a small number of trusted service providers, who only receive the information necessary to perform their specific function:

• Cloud image hosting, to store and serve product photos
• Email delivery services, for order confirmations and account communications
• SMS delivery services, for order updates and one-time verification codes

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or third parties.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart between visits. We do not use tracking cookies for third-party advertising.

Data Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure authentication tokens. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can review and update your personal details any time from Account > Profile Settings, manage your saved addresses from Account > Addresses, and reach out to us to request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to our order-record retention obligations.
