Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. At checkout, enter your pincode to confirm delivery is available in your area before placing your order.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–6 business days of being placed, depending on your location. You'll see an estimated delivery date on your order confirmation, and you can track your order's status any time from Account > Orders.
Shipping Charges
Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₹999. A standard shipping fee applies to orders below this amount — the exact fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment Options
We accept UPI payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pincodes. COD availability is confirmed automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, its status updates automatically as it moves through processing, shipping, and delivery. You'll receive updates by SMS and email at key stages, and can check the full status history any time under Account > Orders > Order Details.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If delivery isn't successful after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us — please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and reachable at checkout.
Delays
While we work hard to meet estimated delivery dates, occasional delays can happen due to weather, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods (like sale events). We'll keep you updated by SMS/email if your order is affected.
