Returns & Exchange Policy

At Peachy Glamora, we want you to love every purchase. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Before You Place an Order

We encourage you to read the product description, specifications, and size information carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us—we're always happy to assist you before you buy.

Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Although every order is carefully checked before dispatch, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • A parcel opening video (mandatory for verification)
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags, labels, and protective coverings intact
  • Free from perfume, stains, scratches, or any signs of use

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Courier, shipping, reverse pickup, and other logistics charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or another product? We're happy to help, subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the returned product must be unused and in its original condition.

Depending on the product and delivery location, reverse pickup or shipping charges may apply for exchanges. Our support team will inform you of any applicable charges before processing your request.

Returns & Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.
  • The return is requested simply because of a change of mind.
  • There is a minor colour variation due to screen settings or lighting during photography.
  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as earrings and other pierced accessories cannot be returned once opened or used. Any such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Simply contact our support team through the Contact Us page with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and the required photos or parcel opening video (if applicable). Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
